CHICAGO — Two men are facing robbery charges, possibly because they took a break from their getaway to grab some McDonald’s on the victim’s credit card.
Last Sunday evening, November 17, a 28-year-old man told police that two people pinned him against a fence at 31st Street and King Drive while a third went through his pockets and took his wallet, according to a Chicago police report.
While the victim spoke with officers, he received an email notification that one of his stolen credit cards was being used at a McDonald’s. Knowing there was a “golden arches” on the corner of 35th and Indiana, the cops headed that way to see if they could find any suspects, the report said.
As they pulled up, the officers noticed three people boarding a CTA bus who matched the descriptions provided by the victim, according to the report. The cops said they pulled the bus over, and those three people fled out the back door. All three were detained nearby.
Justin Bradley and Marshawn Sampson, both 18-year-olds, face charges of robbery.
In a detention petition, prosecutors said Bradley had some of the victim’s credit cards when the police arrested him.
Judge Deidre Dyer rejected the detention petition, though. She opted to send the men home on ankle monitors while they fight the allegations.

Exceptionally stupid criminals walk because judge likes crime.
TRUMP needs to clean house of such “judges”
If these animals would only value education and complete high school at a minimum, they could avoid being so stupid after committing their crimes.
> 31st Street and King Drive
How could someone walk around there and not expect to get robbed?
TRUMP needs to clean house of such “judges”
This idiot judge sent the two theives home on ankle monirors ---No bail
Reminds me of when my sister was visiting with her two young kids. At the time, I had no kids, so the house wasn't "kid proof". I told them several times not to run in the house. Later, they were running and grabbed an end table as they rounded the corner. They managed to tip it over, sending a $1500 Lalique crystal bowl wedding gift flying to the floor, smashing into a bazillion pieces.
I had never seen her discipline her kids, much less spank them. She looked at the two kids and said: "You were told not to run in the house! Do you want a spanking?!" I asked her: "Have they ever said 'Yes'?", whereupon I walked over and gave each a swat on the butt. Her eyes went as big as pie plates. I said: "My house, my rules, my consequences." Even though it was about 1/10 of a spank, she was outraged! She packed up, threw the kids in the car, and drove off. She didn't talk to me for two years.
And before some of you tell me it wasn't my place to discipline her kids, I think it was. Now, 20 years later, the two have both thanked me for that, saying it made them think about the consequences of any action they might take. I think kids want to know where the line in the sand is.
FEMALE judge...again.
Its that the issue? Or is it ethnic solidarity with the perpetrators?
For prior generations, the line in the sand was clearly marked by mom and dad and the consequences for crossing that line were certain and swift.
Sadly, this is the world we live in.
Sickening that a “judge” would do this; it’s not because of color or sex, but character. Without the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, sent by God the Father, we would all be dead in our trespasses and sins and thus, character.
Believers in God’s provision of His Son need to keep praying and do what the Lord enables and shows us to do, in His will.
You done good.
Damn it Marshawn! I told you!
1. Are their judges elected?
2. If so was this one financed by the Soros Klan?
Soros judge?
Yes. Elected Soros judge.
