Elon Musk Has Gone To War With The UK Government Again - And That's A Big Problem For Starmer
The Huffington Post ^ | 14/11/2024 | Kevin Schofield

Elon Musk has once again criticised the UK government - and now it’s an even bigger problem for Keir Starmer.

The tech billionaire used his account on X - the social media platform he owns - to comment on an unfounded claim that “hundreds of British citizens, including journalists, are reporting that they’ve been visited by the police this weekend regarding X posts”.

It is thought to refer to a report in the Daily Telegraph that one of the paper’s journalists, Allison Pearson, has been questioned by police over a post she put on X a year ago.

Musk said it was “crazy” - and the timing of his latest intervention on British politics could not have come at a worse moment for the prime minister.

US president-elect Donald Trump announced earlier this week that Musk - one of his biggest supporters - will head up a new Department of Government Efficiency in his new government.

Musk’s influence in the Trump administration is bad news for Starmer, who is desperate to have good relations with the incoming president.

The PM was quick to congratulate the Republican on his “historic” victory over Kamala Harris last week, and was one of the first foreign leaders to call Trump to congratulate him.

They’re used to the Soros, Gates, Bezos, Schwab crew who push ever left and in unison because they get funded by them, like them, agree with them.

Now it’s “oh **** there are people with influence and money who don’t work for the WEF? WTF!”

Britain needs to decide if they want freedom or dictatorship.

You can’t have either one half way.

What’s the old adage? Never argue with a man who buys ink by the barrel?

You can, actually. It's called anarcho-tyranny.

Grant people the freedom to loot and riot, and all the drugs, porn, and abortions they want.

But monitor everyone and ban wrongthink.

LOL! So true! Musk is going to destroy these people!

And it is freakin' insane right now in Great Britain!

Salt of the earth Brits are literally getting locked up for hate crimes for saying, "Muslim immigrants stabbed my kid and I don't like it."

There’s nothing “unfounded” about it. The UK literally imprisons more people for online comments than Russia does.

Yes, you read that right.

Read it again if you didn’t get it the first time.

Is the UK still a free country? I’d say that’s doubtful.

PM Starmer used the usual trick——scurrying to be one
of the first foreigners to call Trump to congratulate him.

Yawn.....that’s been used a lot lately........zzzzzz.

Britain decided when it voted for Brexit.

What’s been done since then is because the UK voted for freedom.

The UK has a Deep State, too.

And if the majority would vote for it, the UK’s Deep State wouldn’t have to rig the system and steal elections.

Note the changes to election law that the UK has made since 2016.

That’s not a coinkydink.

My guess is that it’s because Russia hasn’t been free for hundreds of years (maybe ever?), so they are already “tame”, while Britain has been fairly free until recently, so they aren’t fully tamed yet.

“unfounded claim that “hundreds of British citizens, including journalists, are reporting that they’ve been visited by the police this weekend regarding X posts”

Probably unfounded because the true answer is “thousands”.
