More witnesses took the stand Thursday for day three of the manslaughter trial of Marine veteran Daniel Penny.

*snip*

A 38-year-old Brooklyn woman, who defense attorneys call their star witness, wrapped up her testimony. She testified when Neely was ranting his tone was so believable that there was a moment went she thought she was going to die. She described his behavior as satanic.

As mentioned in the excerpt, one witness thought Neely was going to kill her. But another witness said that he tried to help Neely once he was down, but Penny prevented it.

It looks to me like there’s enough reasonable doubt to acquit Penny. But it’s a NYC jury. So you never know.

After the sleeper hold was released, first responder chatter supposedly had it that Neely had a pulse and was still breathing.

Surely this will count for something!

“Surely this will count for something”

Penny being White and the nut job being black will be all any black or self loathing White juror will consider.

It’s a New York jury and a White Male is on trial, it might as well be Trump.

It sure didn’t count for anything that Derek Chauvin didn’t actually put his leg on the criminal’s neck, but on his back. And didn’t even press on it, just held it there to keep him from getting up. Or that the criminal druggie had enough drugs in his system to kill multiple men his size.
