Conversations from the past year between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US President Joe Biden were revealed today (Tuesday) in a new book by journalist Bob Woodward, 'War,' an advanced copy of which was obtained by CNN.
According to Woodward, after the elimination of Hezbollah's second-highest ranking figure Fuad Shukr, Biden was furious with Netanyahu and told him: "Bibi, what the f-?" Biden added, “You know the perception of Israel around the world increasingly is that you’re a rogue state, a rogue actor.”
In response, Netanyahu said that "the target was one of the leading terrorists. We saw an opportunity and took advantage of it. The harder you hit, the more successful you will be in the negotiations."
Shukr was eliminated in an airstrike in Beirut in late July. He directed Hezbollah's constant attacks on northern Israel beginning on October 8, 2023, and was responsible for the rocket attack in which 12 Druze children were massacred in Majdal Shams several days before his elimination. He also played a role in the 1983 bombing of the US Army barracks in Beirut in which 241 American servicemen were killed. The US had placed a $5 million bounty on his head, despite Biden's reported objections to his elimination.
In addition, a conversation of Biden with his advisers was revealed in which he said: "I know he’s going to do something but the way I limit it is tell him to ‘Do nothing.'"
Another conversation that was revealed is from last April, around the discussion of the IDF's entry into Rafah, Biden asked Netanyahu: "What is your strategy, man?" Netanyahu replied: "We need to enter Rafah." Biden replied: "Bibi, you’ve got no strategy."

Is Woodward seriously suggesting that anyone respects Joe Biden’s blathering?
It’s important to know what both Brandon and Heels Up are saying, even if it is blather. Is the US a long-standing ally of North Korea? Did Biden talk Bibi out of bombing Haifa?

Woodward broke into “journalism” with the Deep Throat lie, do you expect any less from him now? Hell he talked to a brain dead man, Casey and conjured up all kinds of conversations.
No way for Joe to take credit for it, no way for Hunter to cash it in, so he’s peeved.
Biden, Harris and most of the other democrat antisemits would let Israel die if they had the chance. Thank God for Netanyahu...

Someone else was supposed to collect the $5mm, that’s why Biden is upset. He won’t get his cut now.
Woodward is not, and never has been a reporter. He is a fiction writer for the DNC, and has always been it for the money, not the truth. Whether Biden said it or not is immaterial. Biden thinks that Israel is his whipping boy, and he threatens Israel on a daily basis. I think Israel understands, but there will be a day where Israel makes all of its weapons and ammo and will sell them to the US.

It’s a three-weeks old article, part of the usual anniversary commemorating this or that thing. In this case, October 7. Why it’s suddenly back up on A7 is an interesting question. I don’t recall any discussions about it. But it’s interesting enough.
Back in 1943, the US located and killed the architect of the Pearl Harbor attack, Adm. Isoroku Yamamoto.
Perhaps Biden could contribute some ramblings about how bad that was.

Biden may well have many qualities, but I seriously doubt that strategic thinking is among them. Who in the world would take Biden’s advice on almost anything, let alone on how to win a war?
