Again, let me ask you point blank, are you going to go all anti-Trump when he ends this evil farce of a war?

Evidently you don’t even know who you post your rants to, rather than just ranting all day you should notice different views from different posters and respond to those rather than just posting your nonsense to everyone.

Your question makes no sense in regard to me, and is as silly as most everything you have polluted this thread with.

I hope he kills NATO

That is possibly the most dangerous thing that could possibly happen.* And there is not a chance in Hades Trump would do that. He just wants countries like Germany to up their game.

*Not because of "Russia". But because of the nature of Europe (of which Moscow is part of - "sort of".)

BTW, did you see that Trump was very positive about former NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in Joe Rogan's podcast with Trump?

In a few weeks there might not be much left of the Ukrainian military. They are being destroyed in Kursk and all along the battlefield. I suggest the Canuck get over there ASAP to help the war he supports so much. The Norks are sending troops to Russia to learn the tactics used in this war. They are no different than many other countries. The West isn't going to swoop in to rescue Ukraine. They couldn't do it if they wanted to. America's military isn't up to the task these days.

You avoided the question about Trump being against the Ukraine War and ending it ASAP. Do you support Trump or are you going to avoid the question and use the Democrat talking point of calling me “weird” again?

“The West isn’t going to swoop in to rescue Ukraine. They couldn’t do it if they wanted to. America’s military isn’t up to the task these days.”

Totally agree. All that the U.S. military is fit to do now is fight “bankers’ wars” where they enslave America s with debt to buy off adversaries and run proxie wars. There is no way without years of massive reindustrialization that we could fight a major land war overseas.

What a silly question to ask me, like I said you, evidently don’t even bother reading people’s posts, you just vent your insecurities randomly and not based on people’s positions or views.

Evidently you don’t have anything going on in your life as this thread shows.

We have a bunch of people on here advocating stuff, basically an anti-Western view, that given wide circulation could lose this election for Trump if he is / has been (we will see) successfully tarred with it. For some, maybe that is their real agenda.

Pointing out that Trump advocated and enabled US military strength, and continues to strongly advocate US military strength and is proud of his record on that, and that he executed a firm position with Russia when he was in office, as he made clear on the Podcast with Joe Rogan, would help insure Trump’s election.

Trump’s view, expressed profoundly many times, is that the US can avoid wars through military strength, not weakness, and I think most voters will agree with that. The results under Trump clearly support that argument.

A couple of these guys just feel inadequate and the internet is where they vent and play hard case, the raging internet guy, right now it is Putin’s war but it will always be something and their posts will always be roughly the same hysterical internet screaming and yelling that for a moment takes them out of their real lives.

You keep evading my question like a good little leftist. Are you going to support Trump when he ends the massive grift or genocide called the Ukraine War?

Also, are you going to vote Trump of Kamalamdingdong? I voted for Trump.

Will you support Trump when he ends the genocidal Ukraine War? Will you vote Trump of Kamalamadingdong?

Ukraine exceeded my expectations years ago so if the war ended this second America would still be years ahead in regard to what it cost Russia than what I even dreamed possible 33 months ago, I just hope that Trump is as good on national defense and Russia as he was during his first presidency.

You still haven’t said if you will vote for Trump. Why are you avoiding the question? Got Kamalamdingdong on your mind and in your heart?

I think you are on the wrong forum Ansel, DU is you natural home.

You really are crazy as a loon, of course I’m voting for Trump, you really need to try and control your ranting, raging, and irrational personality, save it for the victims you rant at in parking lots and on sidewalks.

There is a weakness in Trump’s “plan” such as it is, for Ukraine. If Z-man gives up too much, there is a large contingent in Ukraine, including many in the military, who will run Zelenskyy out at best, and off him at worst. These are in no way “Nazis”, at least not yet, they are simply people not willing to submit to Russian domination: Not exactly Patrick Henry’s, but something in that direction. Subjugating them would require Stalin type tactics, or at the least forcing them from Ukraine. Worst case then, some go a real terrorist route, something like Hamas.

Then what, I don’t know, but the possibility of this degrading into a very large very nasty guerilla war that might even be more dangerous than the present conflict certainly exists.

You, and others and seemingly President Trump seem to think a solution is all about leaders making deals. This may be rather true for Russia / Putin (although even Putin has to retain support of the more powerful oligarchs and not totally PO the populace.) But Ukraine has a solid history now of chucking off leaders they don’t like, not waiting for an election (and anyone who thinks US involvement in Maidan was any more than a flea riding an enraged tiger just doesn’t have a clue. There have been fundamental shifts in Ukraine’s population in recent decades.)

In short, what happens if 10 million Ukrainians don’t accept the deal?

Absolutely I am voting for Trump. If you had any sense at all, you’d know that. But, see my post just above: Trump seems to be is missing part of the problem, when it comes to Ukraine. This is not just about leaders, there are deeper fundamentals going on.

Wow, it only took 4 attempts on my part for you to answer the question. Pretty sad.

You seem to forget that even Putin has said as recently as early 2022 that Russia cannot win a full on conventional war with NATO. (The vid link was posted right here on FR.)

In any event, given the current South Korean stance, AI, and SK’s burgeoning defense industry, there may be no need for US troops in Ukraine (obviously to be avoided) and a massive defense reindustrialization in the US, and a greatly wider war, to “win” in Ukraine. (From Trump’s very consistent statements all along, it certainly sounds like Trump will certainly pursue efforts in the direction of substantial defense reindustrialization in the US. Do you oppose this?)

Does “no need” sound crazy? Well, do not forget NATO weapons production, while very dispersed, is ramping up. Additionally, and “faster”, the South Koreans’ rapid application of advanced automation in production is REALLY something, and they are already capable of mass producing weapons to NATO specs, and beginning to do so. (Their defense exports are tagged to increase to #4 in the world by 2027, and that’s before this latest, shall we say, “incentive”.) The only real problem for the West is A) Not insisting on building everything themselves (threshold already crossed in a big way with Poland); and, B) convincing the South Koreans to sell to countries already involved directly in a war, ie., at this moment, Ukraine. That threshold may now have been crossed also.

Further, while months behind the original schedule for 2024, even without the South Koreans contributing, the Euro’s and Ukraine still appear to be on track to produce 3 million military drones a year in 2025. I am betting we will see seriously AI capable autonomous drones fairly soon. Chew on that one for a while.

OF COURSE it would be better if Trump can negotiate some sort of peace agreement that doesn’t encourage even bigger problems in the future, around the world, and in Ukraine / Europe. I just think that’s an incredibly difficult place to get to, part of difficulty which I outlined previously.

Meanwhile? Think outside your box.

WHAT “4 attempts”? You asked me the question once, post 51, and I answered it as soon as I saw it.

Jesus Christ, I am debating a moron who mis-counts to ONE.

Just stop harming Trump’s chance to get elected, ok?
