Where to start with this man? First of all a "union" is by definition a collective group that thru numbers, achieve outcomes much more effectively than by a few. This idiot thinks the few are supposed to control the many?

One major problem with unions is they base everything on the average worker. A highly productive worker sees the worker next to him doing less work for the same pay. The productive worker is not happy. The only place where unions can pay a fair wage to all is in a piece-rate system.

Just because the leadership tells their members who to vote for, or publicly endorses a candidate, does not obligate those members to vote that same way.
