they go on and on about ocean temps..but that is NOT what makes a hurricane a cat 5 storm. I dont care if the water is 212 degrees and boiling, if the wind flow and lack of shear isnt picture perfect, NOTHING HAPPENS. Nobody pushes back on this climate change garbage...
