She clearly see’s herself as an “influencer” rather than a military officer. The reference to “our Navy” can be read in a DEI context.

That was a funny SNL sketch. But I still say, better a gay man than any woman (gay or straight) in the military.
On the bright side, that reef survey can be postponed indefinitely - the oil spill will kill all marine life within a 50 mile radius.
