LOS ANGELES – Garth Brooks, one of the biggest stars in country music history, has been named in a lawsuit accusing him of raping a hair and makeup artist he employed in 2019.
The lawsuit, obtained by Variety and CNN, mentions two specific incidents in which Brooks is accused of committing sexual assault and battery against the woman.
In the first, the plaintiff, identified only as “Jane Roe,” claims she visited Brooks’s house to style his hair and apply makeup when he “grabbed her hands and forced them” on his genitals and asked her to perform oral sex.
The woman says she refused but opted not to leave Brooks’ employment at the time “knowing she needed the work,” the lawsuit states.
In May 2019, the woman says she flew on a private jet with Brooks to Los Angeles for a Grammy tribute to Sam Moore. There, she claims Brooks booked them into the same hotel room where he raped her.

The sad part is many will link Garth to conservatives and Republicans because of country music.
That chit he sings isn’t Country Music.
I loved his music, but his politics, which he wore on his sleeve, made it hard to enjoy. Considering he seems to have cheated on Trisha Yearwood the same way he cheated on his first wife with her, I have zero sympathy.
Got that right.
It’s just bad Pop music with a fiddle.
The perp was Chris Gaines, not Garth.
And the thunder rolls.....
“Country music star Garth Brooks sued for rape, sexual assault”

Wondering if wife and fellow libertard Trisha Yearwood will “Stand by her man”?
Just like Bill Clinton, Joe Biden and Harvey Weinstein.
I hope not.
So do I. Garth won’t be getting any sympathy from me.
Although Garth is NOT a conservative.
Garth Brooks is finally explaining why he chose not to perform at Donald Trump’s inauguration.
During Brooks’ most recent Inside Studio G, a Facebook live chat he hosts every Monday, Garth explained that he was originally approached by billionaire Steve Wynn about performing at the inauguration, and he decided to “leave it up to karma.”
“We left it up to karma,” Garth Brooks, who performed at Barack Obama’s inauguration in 2008,
Dang! A liberal “country” music star, imagine that.
There are a lot of individuals in this country who believe things that aren't true, and a far number of those beliefs touch on the political world.
What’s that saying about karma?
If they’re false accusations I hope he wins
Still his pimping of Bud Light and the crossdressing weirdo made me think a whole lot less of him
I don’t believe her.
