The case centers around whether the Biden administration violated the National Environmental Policy Act by not reviewing the potential environmental impact of halting construction..
The ruling came from the case Massachusetts Coalition for Immigration Reform et al. v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security...
"In sum, the Court finds that Smith suffered tangible harms that were caused by an influx of illegal immigrants, McFadden wrote. "The Court fully credits Smith's testimony in general, and his descriptions of these tangible harms in particular...."The Court also finds that DHS's decisions to cancel all border wall construction and terminate MPP [Migrant Protection Protocols] substantially contributed to that influx in illegal immigration."

I think it’s safe to say the Biden Administration doesn’t give a shxt what any judge says unless it’s a favorable ruling.
Laws, ethics, morals, etc. are only for Conservative Republicans. Dems adhere to nothing so much as their own ambitions.
It’ll be overturned in a heartbeat.
If there were no other people involved, it can’t be that complicated (the man wrote a letter confessing to it) and there should be a speedy trial. if the government is investigating a conspiracy, they should tell us so.

I have yet to see a single headline “Obama Judge Rules…” with respect to Tanya Chutkan and her corrupt, political presiding over the Jacobin Smith showtrial.
Funny use of environmental laws considering how many times the Democrats tried to use them to stop the wall.
I bought my first car from Trevor’s Grandpa. I think so far he is doing a good job.
Seventy-five percent of the border wall material has been sold off at a 90% discount. The remainder is sitting in piles rusting away. After the left (including GOPe members) complained that the wall cost too much money, was illegal and racist, only a few miles finally got built.
The wall worked in reducing illegal immigration in the areas in which construction was allowed. The money allocated for the wall was a pittance compared to how much we have spent on flying illegals here. It’s the only time I can recall Democrats complaining that something cost too much.
And now, years later and after much of the materials has been sold or is unusable, a Court finally rules that Trump was right. Justice delayed in this instance truly is justice denied.
