They're till finding bodies....I viewed many N.Carolina and Tennessee videos as the flood waters hit and thereafter. Reminded me of when the Tsunami hit Japan as in many places it hit fast and hard. I was struck seeing people riding on whitewater going down a street with people riding the hoods of their cars like wooden rafts! They had no time it came in so fast.
