Grrr. 1984 was supposed to be warning, not a prophecy.

But humans haven’t changed since 1948. We still want dictatorships and we don’t like criticism—especially when we’re dictators.

But the Constitution hasn’t changed either. Our prescient Founders put in the 1st Amendment first—and the 2nd Amendment to back it up.

Any attempt to censor the US will lead to armed revolution.

John Kerry brazenly admitted that [the] first amendment is a threat to government power.

He can say this with no fear of reprisal because of the government school education the majority of Americans (and all the illegals) have received. They do not know that this is precisely what the ammendments are designed to be: Threats to totalitarian government (a.k.a., "democracies"). There will be no revolution.
