My department had one that one of the first things he said was a comment about how unfair income inequality was. He also complained that it was unfair that he had to work 40 hours to get paid for 40 hours. He didn’t last long.
How much was “he” making?
Looks like a microaggression to me. You are going to get in trouble if you keep using language like that at work.
I did that once. Only a quick personal apology to 'they' kept me out of trouble.
