I’m a computer software engineer for over 25 years. I have had my imaging software certified by the government. I could be called into court as an expert witness.
I can state with 100% certainty that the BC is fake.
And I can explain all the reasons why.
Most of the things said at the time about byte size, centering, security paper under text, greyscale, etc. ARE ALL CORRECT.
The one biggest lie glommed on to by the media was that it was all OCR artifacts. OCR does not work that way...
Sherrif Arpaio’s ‘posse’ also found the source documents for the cut and paste job.
If only they had compressed all the layers this would have been academic - still true, but hard to prove.
But 1) the layers prove the different image formatting types are different, and 2) There should not even be layers.
Thank you Mr. K. You should give an interview personally or anonymously to Sharon Rondeau of ThePostEmail.com She can be contacted via her newspaper site.

As a former graphic artist with extensive use of Adobe Photoshop I concur. The layers were plain to see.
Are you familiar with the JPEG 2000 image format?
Yet a computer image analyst (Dr. Neal Krawetz) looked at the PDF and layers and said there were not suspicious.
And others were able to reproduce the layers using only the scanning operations of a Xerox Workcenter 7535.
Finally Mark Gillar who produced the videos for Sheriff Arpaio admitted the layers are the results the scanning software in a Xerox Workcenter 7535.
