SAN MARCOS, Texas - A Texas jury found a San Antonio man liable in the "Trump train" federal civil lawsuit on Monday.

On Monday, Sept. 23, the jury found Navy veteran Eliazar Cisneros, of San Antonio, liable under the KKK Act, for conspiring to disrupt the Biden-Harris campaign and intimidate its supporters. Congress passed the Klan Act in 1871 to put an end to the terror organization’s coordinated attacks on newly emancipated citizens.

Cisneros organized the 2020 "Trump train." He is now ordered to pay $40,000 in total to the three plaintiffs.

Each plaintiff, Wendy Davis, David Gins, and Timothy Holloway, will receive $10,000 for punitive damages. The bus driver, Timothy Holloway, will receive an additional $10,000 for compensatory damages.

No liability was found on behalf of the five other defendants in this trial.

"A democracy necessarily relies on the freedom to support our candidates of choice, no matter how much we might disagree," said Wendy Davis, plaintiff and former Texas State Senator.

"It also depends on our ability to seek redress when those freedoms are inhibited through force, threat, and intimidation. I am deeply grateful to the jury for their decision today. It’s one that will send a strong signal to others that forceful threats and intimidation that seek to silence our voices in elections will not be tolerated."

“A democracy necessarily relies on the freedom to support our candidates of choice, no matter how much we might disagree,”

But if you back a Democrat like the Lame Street Media and Hollywood Celebs do you can encourage nuts to take out the Republican candidate you don’t like.

FYI

“Former Texas State Senator Wendy Davis took the stand on Monday, Sept. 9, describing what it was like being on a Biden-Harris campaign bus while a Trump Train surrounded them.

The prominent democrat said she was anxious on the bus as about 50 Trump supporters swerved into different lanes, started brake-checking the bus, at times slowed to 15 miles per hour, and one truck hit a Biden campaign SUV. Davis also expressed her frustration when police weren’t coming to help after multiple requests.”

Did not know that Abortion Barbie Davis was the instigator.

Imagine if some Trump supporters were to sue all the garbage who have terrorized us in the last 8 years.

Just kiddin’ of course. They would all be thrown out of court for lack of standing.

Times sure have changed in a short time. Forty Gs for “intimitating’ somebody’s “supporters”. Now, you can murder supporters at a rally and nobody does jack sh*t about it.

Back in the day, San Marcos was a great place to live (I was born in San Marcos). But, today it is over-run with hispanic democrat socialists, self loathing white liberals and karens working hard every day to obtain some freebies from government.

I would caveat that by saying with first hand knowledge that hispanic men are far less of a percent of socialist hispanics working for freebies as they are out working their butts off on construction jobs every day and thank god for them because without them there would be no construction in Texas. Ask any knowledgeable, unbiased person.

I doubt this will survive an appeal if they appeal it but since there’s not enough money involved for attorney’s to fight over I doubt it will be appealed.

In essence, this court verdict is ruling..... “our demonstrators are more legitimate than yours”. It’s total leftist bullshit.

In 2020 we had a permit for a rally for Trump at the WA state Capitol grounds. Antifa and BLM dominated the grounds, and we were not allowed in. THEY had no permits, wore masks and carried weapons. We had flags and signs.

How many tiers of Justice are there in the US?
