Yep! According to WaPo. Of course it is coming down to two alternatives: default on the debt or impose confiscatory taxes. (or cut and balance the budget - 😂😂😂😂) The Republican Party has become useless - now proposing a six months continuing resolution... continuing the onerous deficit spending of the previous budget.
