LOL. I changed it when telling it. I gave him a $20 and a $5. His reaction was the funny part. I always tried to minimize my change, and most cashers were just bored and sort of brain dead.
I kind of figured you’d left out mentioning the $5 bill. I just liked the idea of how a Chinese restaurateur would react to someone trying to pay less than the amount on the bill. :-)
