I have an older relative who told me they invited 200 Haitian refugees, people who were afraid for their safety in their own country, into Springfield, OH. There are lots of jobs there but not many people. Trump spread these weird stories that they were eating cats, dogs, ducks, and geese. I guess that is what Rachel Maddow or some networks are telling them.

Can't doubt The Guardian. Do they even suggest there even a modicum of truth to their stories?
My question is:
Since this has been widely reported for at least two years, but only after Trump said something about it do the leftists get exercised and ridicule it.
Unrelated question: Are there zoos in Port au Prince, Caracas, and Bangui? Why not? Did the locals eat all the animals? Why would that cultural practice end when they invade the United States?

They apparently give them money for cars and temporary drivers licenses without passing the test. Probably only a small percentage of people have cars in Haiti.
