The NLRB is going to have to be smacked down by SCOTUS once again.
Meanwhile, the Starbucks stores should just open with one self-service kiosk which will dispense only one-size, one-flavor coffee.

Isn’t it great when a “public servant”… Emphasis on “servant”… Orders a citizen to do anything…
We are rapidly reaching a point where obeying and complying is not an option.

Coffee machines and their BUZZZZZZZ sound ,LOL
To: CFW
They’ve been ignoring the NRLB dictate to reopen the first one that was closed for over a year now.
I would continue to ignore those jokers.

I am not, in general, against unions. But the field must be perfectly level. This story is an example of how the field is no longer level.
Employees should be able to form a union for whatever reason. Then the employer should be able to refuse to bargain with the union (and deal with a strike) or even close the business.
Freedom should work both ways.

Starbucks needs to just say no. The NLRB doesn’t have that authority.

Starbucks should schedule these stores for remodeling, which could take quite a while.
To: CFW
Huh? How does that work?
Come to the bankrupt owners house and make him go to work at gunpoint?
Galt’s Gulch here we come.
Or shoot it out.
