Yes, but those exemptions aren’t going to be issues for the current crop of illegals. Interesting though, these seem to be rule making exemptions/requirements rather than legislative.
At least not here in Florida. To vote you must have a Gold Star ID/DL. You can only get those with a BC and verified address....
Free Republic in the past few days probably sped up this process.

Florida uses the Federal form where a DL is not required.
This problem will stop when people like the mayor are the ones “kicking and screaming”.
The first one caught voting illegally should be summarily executed on the spot and left there as an example to all of the illegals that choose to vote.
They are giving them drives licenses.. No ID.. So they can vote.
They do anything it takes..
They are shameless..
Evil is easy to obtain.. All it takes is a willing vessel.

Below is the statute. I never thought I would have to become knowledgeable about the naturalization process. But when we have government workers subverting the laws, then ‘we the people’ need to educate ourselves and get people elected who WILL NOT allow the subversion of our laws.
I remain amazed that a person who is now 50 years of age and has legally lived in the USA for 20 years (from age 30) is exempt from the basic English proficiency test. How in hell has that person survived for 20 years in an English speaking country since age 30 without being able to read, speak, or understand English? I truly would like to meet that person.

(B) is over fifty-five years of age and has been living in the United States for periods totaling at least fifteen years subsequent to a lawful admission for permanent residence.
At least in my county, we have to show ID. If I was a poll worker and someone showed me a DL without the Gold Star, I would challenge his ballot. Don’t know about other counties...
What a surprise........
“””At least in my county, we have to show ID”””
I also live in FL, and one of the acceptable ID’s is a FL DL.
But you need to look at a person who registers to vote in FL and only gives them their SSN.
That person then does vote-by-mail and no ID needed.
I have a ‘REAL ID’ FL DL and when I vote in person, I have no problem showing my FL DL to the poll workers.
But, there are ways for scoundrels to evade the system.
Here is a link to the FL Voter Registration Process. A ‘REAL ID’ FL DL is not needed.
I hope this helps. I have spent time looking into the details of the FL Voter Registration Process, so send more questions.
ABC News called the city manager and confirmed that he was not involved in the voter fraud.
Thanks. At least it was legislation not rule making. I'm well over that age, and can't imagine it either. For the few that exist, I wouldn't give them a pass on citizenship, learn English. But that's the law. As we continue to Balkanize, this may well become a greater issue. After all, someone who lives in the US but doesn't share our culture to an extent that he hasn't bothered to learn our language, why should we make him a citizen? Well, because in our future he'll be part of a balkanized group that be pandered to. English, it's a colonialist language anyway.
And thank you for informing me that being able to understand basic English was a requirement to be a Naturalized Citizen. I was not aware of the process until now.
The form was erroneously included among others outsourced to a foreign language translation service.
Democrats still can’t wash their hands of the guilt of rigging they are as un-American as it gets.
Now it’s,30,000 invaders, not 20,000 into the.town which prevously was 58,000?
cheese wiz
Everyone in that town needs a hat with ICE printed on it for election day.
Translated that means.....
We are trying to institute a communist dictatorship in the US by election fraud.
Looks like the mayor needs to be leaving real soon.
......All the relocating 3rd world populations happening into western countries is all part of their game board - one they believe they can and will control under a World Governing Body..... Once you understand their game then you understand why things are happening as they are.....Trump is the 'wall' preventing and slowing down their ultimate goal.
