EXCLUSIVE: Nonviolent ‘J6 Granny’ Slapped With Bitter Sentence
PJ Media ^ | 09/13/2024 | Ben Bartee

Posted on 09/13/2024 6:49:26 AM PDT by SeekAndFind

On January 6, 2021, personal friend, grandmother, and engaged civil servant in her hometown of Santa Ynez, Calif., Karen Jones was essentially, if you’ll excuse what has become a cliché, a tourist — a nonviolent, by the admission of the court, American visiting the Capitol she helps pay for via taxes.

The cops, emissaries of state, even granted her permission that day to enter the building, which she mistakenly took as permission to enter the building, an error she is now going to pay for with three years of probation, thousands of dollars in fines, and other draconian terms she must abide by or risk being tossed into prison.

ollowing several years of threats and intimidation by the government, including sending the FBI to her home and arbitrarily changing court dates and venues, on September 5 the United States District Court in D.C. finally passed sentence on Karen and her husband, even while acknowledging they did not commit any violence, steal or vandalize anything, or enter private offices.

The court’s ruling (emphasis added):

Defendant was sentenced to a term of 36 months’ probation, with a special condition of 90 days’ home detention… a $2,500 criminal fine, and $500 in restitution on her plea of guilty to a charge of Entering or Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds… a Class A Misdemeanor. While no evidence shows that this defendant a) engaged in pre-planning for violence on January 6, 2021, b) entered any private offices or spaces within the Capitol building or (c) personally attacked any police officer, damage or steal property while inside or outside the Capitol building, and taking into account her minimal criminal history, age, and physical condition, her offense conduct warranted the sentence imposed.

These days, you can kill somebody and not get slammed that hard. JaySix is going to go down in American history as the biggest scam ever perpetrated on the American people.

When I read the headline, I was sure she got jail time in a DC prison. As horrible and wrong as this is, at least she wasn't remanded to prison like so many other Jan 6-ers.

As Trump asked during the debates, when are antifa and BLM that burned Minneapolis, Seattle and other cities to the ground going to be charges?

Oh that's right. Kamala Harris raised bail funds for them:

The government can arrest and prosecute you any time for any reason or no reason. Doesn’t matter if you have assaulted, raped, stolen or murdered. It’s how they silence dissenters.

Nothing is more important to government than the government. Anyone who resists its all-encompassing power must be neutralized. There are thousands of laws they can use to entrap anyone they are targeting.

What is wrong with you? ALL of the prosecutions are for wrongthink. They thought that the election perversion and violation of the US Constitution MEANT something. That was their crime.
And, the GOP has done nothing — ‘cause the election corruption favored some of them and helped them remain in power.

Sue pled to all this. She in this case would have been better off going to trial. She made a huge error.

The intended effect of J6 on the population was to make everyone terrified of even speaking about any voting fraud, irregularity, misprocedure, or failure in accurately transmitting, reporting or tallying the vote. No one will mention it anywhere: workplace, grocery store, school, anywhere.

It was intended to scare all the Electors, and all Congressmen and Senators who challenge the vote, and all other government employees, UP TO and including the ousted, cheated, would-be POTUS.

And it has worked famously.

And it will work this go-round.

And the Rats know they have effectively intimidated everyone, except possibly not Donald Trump.

That is why so many people are still jailed. To keep everyone scared during this election cycle. All the way to the next inauguration.

Sue pled to all this.

They made her an offer she couldn’t refuse napper and she wasn't the only one who was strong armed this way. I am going out on a limb here and suggest that you have never spent a day in jail. You are entitled to all the justice you can afford and most can't afford much justice.

I have never spent a day in jail. She made her choice. Why are you trying to change the facts?

Why are you trying to change the facts?

Why are you being obtuse? People are jailed all the time in order to avoid something worse, it is how the game is played and many patriots fell in that category. If you are locked in solitary you might do something that would make the pain stop sooner.
