I will say-I was under the impression these people had been brought en masse into the town in a very short period of time, but they say three years.
There was an article from Cincinatti I linked to yesterday, that had the perp mug shot, and charges from this event, so it happened, at least according to the police who had enough information to arrest and charge her.
On a related note-It is impossible for me to determine if the Mayor is a Rat or not. I suspect he is, because I cannot find ANY party affiliation for him ANYWHERE. So, if he says anything at all, discount it. I will bet he is a Rat.
