Trump claims he did a ‘great job’ against Kamala Harris in debate, says it was ‘unfair’ and ‘rigged’

LOTS of trolls. Superbly organized effort. I’m not fooled at all, nor diminished in my determination. This entire paradigm is Trump vs. The Prostitue (Jezebel) and should be portrayed as such. Pres Trump should have taken the opportunity to say something akin to (looking the moderators in the face) “You know, coming into the debate, kamala claimed that I would be citing one lie after another, but the fact is that she has done nothing but cite one lie after another, and you moderators refuse to call her out on her lies, while you call me out while using more lies, and you cite long debunked claims in your effort to protect and defend kamala. You should be ashamed of yourselves for calling yourselves news people, because the truth is that you are liberal propaganda people!

This isn’t limited to Trump, btw. Every four years, the GOP gets ambushed by rigged unfair debates and every four years thereafter they agree to it again.

For 2028, the GOP needs to say at the beginning, even before the candidate is nominated: “We are no longer participating in rigged debates hosted by DNC activists posing as impartial journalists. There will be no debate except under the following rules: (1) All questions jointly approved by both candidates in advance; (2) Moderators cannot interrupt, fact check or comment in any way, shape or form and can only keep time; (3) No journalist moderators, moderators must consist of a representative of each major political party. Any other rules are rejected immediately.”

The media needs the debates more than the candidates do. Stop giving him or waiting until its too late to object.

There were those who had their say and went about their business, that's fine and dandy. Then there were others who commenced moving goal posts, pulling out psych warfare trickery when called out and then wouldn't shut up about it, still more who went to running from thread to thread to take a dump on DJT. There's no denying that what you write is true ... a missed opportunity ... and not the only one. That fact acknowledge, Trump did well (could have done better), and Harris's glibness and smooth lies (I'm amazed -- but shouldn't be -- at how lying comes so naturally to her) helped her ... but her visual appearance and on-stage behavior did not.

I was, of course, hoping for a wipeout that didn't happen ... but we're OK.
