The Ukrainians dont have much of an army to fight with anymore. Drone warfare is really all they have left. Random UAV attacks against metro civilian targets wont get them very much. Meanwhile Russia continues to take chunks of Ukraine.

Drones have killed quite a bit more Russians in this conflict than artillery. That's like saying "The US only uses its Air Force so it must not have an Army." Drones are the future of armed conflict.
