"SpaceX is targeting Thursday, September 5 for a Falcon 9 launch of the NROL-113 mission from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The launch window opens at 8:20 p.m. PT."

just after sunset is the best time, can follow all the way to the horizon
