I think it’s okay for him. He isn’t hurting anyone. My grandmother in Missouri didn’t turn the a/c on, and if guests did, she would come along later and turn it off.
Yes, some people are genetically privileged, as I think, by being able to withstand heat better - as individuals🙂 They feel subjectively better in great heat than in chilly conditions.
They are really lucky, if they (have to) live in hot countries.
And I‘m speaking of White people only, in this case…
