Made 5 egg omelette this AM that Jeff and I split. Used one more egg for brownies. Down to four eggs. Thought … need to check with neighbor around block and see if his girls(cluck, cluck, cluck) have been prolific… maybe a dozen eggs?
Before I could write him, got note from his…will you be home? Can I drop off some eggs?
Short time later he comes with bag containing 4 dozen eggs!

Will make egg salad for sure. I love egg salad on good bread with sliced cheese, tomato and avocado. Have all on hand.
