Have you been dieting, or just dancing?
I have been doing KETO diet, and intermittent fasting,
and the result has been amazing!
Once it started to come off, it just took off like a shot!
Now that I am almost at my target weight, I can relax
the dietary part, just a LITTLE-I don’t want to ever
go back to being that heavy again.
Breaking my hip plus a COPD exacerbation left me unable to do much.
Hubby is a great cook, and spoiled me rotten while I was recovering.
Now that I am almost 30 lbs lighter, my 02 sats have gone up!
My weight has come down, and I can move much easier-
(except on bad pain days)
I started getting serious about this in mid August so,
I’ve lost 30 lbs in 4.5 months!
LONG day left mid morning and back about 5. Trying to get in as much running while I still have the rental.
son Jeff was with me whole time n very tiring for him also.. one stop was to his PA who is working with his liver disease.
Shopping a killer. 8 gallons of water and 2-24 count drinking water. Plus’s 18 bags of groceries— Very heavy and my back is upset and calling me names.
Feel like sandman time is near.. I
