hey thanks. keto and atkins kinda the same but different.
I worked 2d shift...i liked it but it was a booger. I loved 3rd shift.
I could handle the 16-8 process. I usually only eat supper.
However, I do munch. I love pork rinds but the sodium is a killer for me.
I got a couple of strikes here.
Diabetic and a blown out lt. knee so walking is pretty much limited....
I’ll keep this post a bookmarked favorite.

Regarding the bad knee-been there, done that!
I have an awful bad left knee..
I can walk okay (considering)
I bought a small stationary bike exerciser that
has a little dial on it so that you can pedal
it with no resistance, or really high resistance.
in our case, (I don’t mean to speak for you) but it
is probably wise to pedal it with NO resistance.
I do it while hubby and I watch S.W.A.T. on Netflix.
(it’s a show where there is the least swearing etc,)
Another heads up for anybody trying to quit smoking
QUIT!!
WHY?
Because I smoked so heavily for so long, surgeons cannot
put me under enough to replace a knee OR a hip.
They put me under long enough to do a total hip or knee,
makes them worry that I won’t come back from it.
I was lucky that it was “an Impact driven fracture” and
they were able to drive in some screws.
My hip did not come apart, and THAT was a miracle.
Because of my stupidity, this is the result.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON”T SMOKE!!
