Well, I'm kinda colorblind so that's not really a factor. (Grandma likes white so that's the end of that discussion anyway.)
I tend to my Father-in-law's opinion re vehicle selection, especially for use around The Homestead: If you can't haul hay bales and/or young (at least) livestock in it, show me something else.

I have the same requirement for clothes. If I can’t split and stack wood in it, I don’t want to wear it. I haven’t had the pleasure of doing that since we moved to a house without a wood stove 2 years ago. But that was my mantra for a couple decades, it’s hard to let go of it.
