There’s various color codes for firmness, etc. I didn’t get mine from the My Pillow website, so I had to go with what Amazon was selling. Mine are code White. You can get much firmer if you like. There’s a chart to find out what pillow is best for you.
On the website it’s BOGO, but by the time I paid their shipping, I was paying for two pillows anyway.
