Well, I just made an at the cabbage recipe but of course I’m modified it based on ingredients I had and what I like. Some don’t have Facebook so I’ll give you a nutshell version and I’ll let you know what I made for one serving

I mixed one large egg with some seasoning, salt and pepper and some Italian seasoning add acup and a half of broccoli slaw (the recipe called for you to use fresh cabbage and chop it. But I didn’t have cabbage and I did have broccoli slaw.

Put it into a pan where you’ve melted butter patted down a little bit when its browned, slide it onto a dish and flip it And cook the other side.

Right after you flip it. spread with a tomato sauce (the recipe called for tomato sauce. I would have used pizza sauce or marinara sauce if I had a bottle open,)
I didn’t wanna open a whole can of tomato sauce for just a tablespoon or so —so I did ketchup With the ketchup, I had mixed Italian seasoning, fennel, and some extra thyme.

you spread it on top and then I added just about a teaspoon of finally chopped sweet onion and a combination of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Put the cover on the frying pan until the cheese is melted, and the other side is lightly browned , it was pretty good - quick and easy
