If the poor unfortunates cannot vote with a paper ballot how in the hell can they use a touch screen?

Exactly. I’m wondering what disability they’re thinking of. A person who is blind wouldn’t be any better off with the computer than with paper. Same with Parkinson’s or other conditions which cause shakiness. Either way those people will need assistance with voting just like they would need assistance with other stuff. How many people in rest homes need and receive assistance? Or is that OK because the democrats simply vote for those people without even asking how they want to vote?

The states determine how their elections are run.
They aren’t doing anything insane or wacky that requires a lawsuit to make them comply to existing laws.
Therefore fedgov has no standing.

More Democrat judge-shopping lawfare.
But Dobbs.....Lou Dobbs died a few weeks age. I guess they’re continuing the Dobbs’ operation until the assets are sold or something.

Otoh, Breitbart is still called Breitbart long after Andrew Breitbart died.

People with disabilities tend to be older and are more comfortable with old fashioned paper ballots than newfangled touch screens.

This should prove both entertaining and enlightening...

I used to run people to the polls for the Republican Party in Connecticut. One time, an old lady asked if I could help her vote. She had to tell the poll watcher she needed assistance and wanted me to provide it. She voted straight Republican, but I hated having to pull the lever for Lowell Weicker. I did my duty.

Where does the Dept. of Jackasses get the authority to tell cities how to vote.

There should be NO private tabulation machines used in any government election in the US. They use proprietary software with no accountability for its accuracy or fealty to honesty. If machines are to be used, a single approved, government-issued version should be provided to machine manufacturers. Any modification to the source code should invalidate all “votes” tabulated on those machines.

Sounds like they’re afraid of what will be apparent when compared to surrounding areas that use machines.

Hoping that the sanity and commonsense trend continues. Tragic that it took a Stalin level election rigging right here in the USA for people to wake tf up.

“This is not the situation of a machine that just isn’t functioning that day at the polling place,” Kerschensteiner said. “This is a place that has chosen specifically, knowing that they were disenfranchising individuals with disabilities, and choosing to go ahead and do that, which we find to be unacceptable.” Total BS. I don't believe it for a minute.

It really goes to show how much the democrats fear an honest election.
