Making shock-sure that, unless you’re a card-carrying leftist, your vote will never be counted because it will be cancelled out by illegals voting for more freebies and by the already dead voting Democrat.

Where’s this alleged body of evidence?

Well pulling Vance out of the Senate means having to replace him. Could lose a seat there.

California is nothing but a territory these days. Can America see one day the broken American republic fighing the rogue independent state California which is aligned with China as Russia fighing Ukraine?

Nothing new. I remember reading of back in the Gold Rush days of a vote being taken for some political position. Many of the miners registered to vote had died so the politicians went to a local Indian tribe and coached each man how to say the name of one of the dead, and how to make a mark on the paper.
I laughed when reading as one of the tribesmen came forward to say his name was O’Malley! He voted.

So a lawsuit here, a lawsuit there, does this mean that this mess about Voter ID will finally work its way to the US Supreme Court?

We just need a Constitutional Amendment via the Citizens Initiative.

No person shall be reuired to provide anjy type or means of Identification to ANY Public Employee in the State that is greater than what is necessary to Register to Vot or Votye in any Election.

Any person that can articulate a reasonable suspicion that a public employee asked them for Identification for any reason, shall be entitled to monetary damages equal to but not less than the Maximum Monetary Award in Civil Small Claims Court.

They want to cheat but do it “lawfully”, which is ironic, since they’ve been doing every other kind of fraud graft and deception, illegally, and nothing and no one has stopped them, not even the GOP - eg flooding the country with millions of illegal aliens, illegally and anti-Constitutionally!

If you don’t need to have ID to vote, what is to stop someone from voting 5, 10, or 15 times? What is to stop non-citizens from voting? This is madness.

The court cases that forced both houses of the legislature to be apportioned on population specifically mentioned the 14th amendment, giving citizens equal protection of the laws.

If the state is not affording equal protection to its citizens, the law is unconstitutional.

It can work both ways. The city can claim its rights are being denied, but then a citizen of that city can claim his rights are being denied. Then it’s ACLU vs ACLJ.

Q: If CA’s a blue state, why does Deep State have to steal their elections...? 🤔
