My friend used to weigh 550 before I knew him. He’s now about 250. I said he lost an entire person. He struggles to maintain it, but works out and eats healthy.

It is outrageously expensive, and it is really a type II diabetes drug-use for weight loss is an off-label use, which can be dangerous. Side effects like kidney failure, low blood sugar, pancreatitis and risk of cancer don’t sound like a good weight loss solution. Standard low carb/paleo diets and willpower are cheap and safe. And no one with any sense of self pride or health should be as fat as that big ol’ heifer...
