Of the 1 million names removed, more than 6,500 were noncitizens and about 1,930 of them have a VOTER HISTORY, the governor’s office said. “The Secretary of State’s office is in the process of sending all 1,930 records to the Attorney General’s Office for investigation and potential legal action,”

No way punishment will be a felony in other states, even those with GOP legislatures.
The Secretary of State’s office is in the process of sending all 1,930 records to the Attorney General’s Office for investigation and potential legal action,”

this is the type action that needs to be taken to send a message to the law breakers. lock um up and send um home
They can plead false identity. After all, how many "Jose Garcia's" are there in the state?
1930 fraudulent votes is ‘not that many’. Just ask then. The response should be one is too many and come down hard on ‘the few’.
Prosecute every last one of them to the fullest extent of the law.
No mercy, no deals.

Track down the election officials who allow these non-citizens to vote.
The republicans must put the fear of God in the illegal throngs. If they don’t it’s fair to say that they will lose power in more States than Texas.
Giving them immediate citizenship would be "legal action". Wouldn't put it past them.
Cattle rustling. The penalty was hanging because it was so easy to do. Vote fraud is even easier. I’m not suggesting we hang them but being labeled a felon will keep them from voting in the future-at least for now.
The real question regarding self-entitlement: Can the black poll worker in the big city swing states be scared straight?
Don’t forget the people who registered them to vote to begin with.
What’s the chance that any of them gave their real name or address?
I do want them to receive capital punishment, so hanging is a cheap option, to me.
“ I’m not suggesting we hang them…”
I am. Vote fraud in any form is a direct attack on the entire body politic and should carry the most extreme penalty possible.

I have a green card employee who discovered (by getting a jury summons) that he was not only registered to vote, but voted, in New Mexico. (He has not voted.)
He promptly informed Sante Fe, said he did not vote, and they pretty much threatened him with prosecution if he continued to make a stink.
He then wrote the local county voter registrar, who apparently just ignored him.
He kept all the records in case it ever becomes an issue.
He keeps getting jury summons.
People with a known propensity for breaking laws should be given vasectomies/tube litigation.
We’re already having fewer kids. Might as well start with them.
Arrest the five that voted the most times.
Charge them.
Prosecute them.
MAKE AN EXAMPLE.
Then DEPORT them. Put them on the watch list.
A congressional majority is going to have to force these changes on the blue states who will fight in court and delay everything.
The penalty was hanging because it was larceny, even grand larceny if enough cattle were stolen.
Texas Secretary of State’s office is in the process of sending all 1,930 migrant voting
records to the Attorney General’s Office for investigation and potential legal action.
Way to go Gov Abbott.
