Zelensky said the four-stage plan began with the cross-border incursion into Kursk, which he said “is already done.”

Minnie Z needs to stop doing all that coke. He is more delusional now than he ever was. The incursion is done because Russia brought troops into the region to stop it. We will see if Ukraine can resupply and reinforce the troops that are still in Kursk. The next month should reveal if this incursion was a success or a waste of 20K lives and a lot of equipment.
