The ‘non-recession’ economy has hurt their bottom line, so, what can we do to attract more sales?

Good point. These home repair and hardware stores have reported flat sales as consumers dont have enough money to do home repairs due to the economy.

what can we do to attract more sales? "Quit doing things that drive away sales" seems to be a good choice.
