Before Biden leaves office assuming Trump wins, Biden will try to pass some type of huge military aid bill for Ukraine, they will throw in Israel, Taiwan and other goodies but the goal is to tie the hands of the incoming Trump Administration by getting the aid bill passed before Trump takes over.
