Two more Tu-95s have launched missiles over the Caspian and are expected to enter Ukrainian airspace in the next 30 minutes.

NATO is broke, just like US.
Russia is many times more broke, and they still have the firepower to inflict a lot of damage.
The U,S. alone has a lot more military power than Russia and its proxies. Combine them with NATO and Russia will look puny.
And, when it comes to war, NOBODY is broke.

Who wants this fight to expand?
Nobody wants this fight to expand, just like nobody wanted the European war in the 1940s to expand into becoming WWII.

I think I misread your post.
You are right. I do not want this fight to expand. I do not want NATO involved.
Personally, I think there are nothing but bad actors behind this on all sides.

I’ve often wondered when you warmongering neocon globalist stooges lose your hero, the Z Man, if you’d have mental breakdowns?
Losing "Z" would be no problem for me. Not at all. But, his place would be taken by another Ukrainian who you people would dub the "U" man, for Ukrainian. "Z: is not a problem for me; I only worry about the Ukrainian people, and somebody has to lead them, during war and during peace.
After reading that gibberish of yours,
It's not 'gibberish' if you understood it. It's gibberish if it wasn't understandable. You don't understand the difference.
I’ve got my answer. You’re just an idiot about to have a mental breakdown.
Quite obviously, the mental breakdown is on YOUR side, as witnessed by your deranged responses to my posts.
Watching you administration dullards getting slapped up the side of the head by the realities of the next month will be EPIC!
See? That's what I call cheer-leading, when people like you keep hoping that the Ukrainians meet with devastation and murders on the hands of Putin and Russians. Helping the devil is not going to win you any awards or medals for wishing the worst on the Ukrainian people.

“Belarus allowed Russia to stage part of the invasion from its territory, giving Russia the shortest possible land route to Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv.”
Don't ever use Wikipedia to quote from. Wikipedia contains entries which depend on the viewpoints of the entry-maker, and those entries often contain errors. It's not an encyclopedia of facts.
Nevertheless, even if Russia staged the initial invasion from Belarus, it's not the same as Belarus entering the fight with their own troops and own missiles and own equipment. Though it would be difficult to distinguish between Russian and Belarus fighters, eventually, it would be known, and then, things could get really hot.
Why don’t you inform yourself before making yourself look so stupid?
What is stupid is to not realize that, Russia and Belarus together pose a bigger threat to Ukraine, and that would be construed as a big threat to nearby NATO countries, especially those bordering Russia and Belarus. So, why don't you stop being the stupid one?

” war of aggression.”
What a dumb phrase. That’s a very liberal phrase.
Is there any other kind of war? A “peaceful war” perhaps?

You've run with this line for ages.
When the cheer-leading is so obvious, why not acknowledge it?
You've been told time and time again, that most of us against this proxy war, don't give a crap about Russia or Ukraine,
Not true!
The people that I challenge are the only ones that seem to favor Putin and Russia in this invasion. Notice that, it's an invasion and that there is no justification whatsoever for Russia to have invaded.
but you continue with your lies and accusations.
I don't lie about anything that can be easily verified, and I don't accuse anybody of anything that isn't obvious. But, people do hate being challenged on their biases and opinions, just like you hate it.
We've told you that we are against sending billions of unaccounted for taxpayer dollars to support another proxy war with Russia,
I hate that we are spending our treasure on overseas wars and other efforts, but, the alternative would be a lot more costl7 later when it becomes a much bigger war, with Russia and its proxies knowing that, the west is not willing to fight to defend their allies. The lessons of WW2 are not being learned.
yet you refuse to cease and desist.
Cease and desist? I guess you're talking about a law-enforcement venue here, where you either do as told or else, you can be imprisoned, like the owner of Telegram. Is that what you mean? So, FR is like a dictatorship? Is that what you mean?
You're either severely retarded, have a problem with comprehension and retention, or you're just a serial liar. Which is it?
Funny, but, that's exactly how I viewed you and your cohorts. But, I'm pretty sure that, I have a lot more grain power in my head than all of you combined. ;)
By the way, you do know that Theodor W. Adorno whose last name you use for your FR screen name was a Marxist, don't you?
Are you also aware that, every person on Earth that has the name of Dahmer, is also prone to killing and eating his/her victims? There might be a Dahmer in your neighborhood, so, watch out.
I guess you don't have intelligence enough to understand what I meant with that last couple of sentences, but, are you aware that, every person with the name of Washington can also be accused of having owned or now owns slaves? IOW, your 'Adorno' accusation about me, are thoroughly idiotic.

The NATO charter does not provide basis for NATO action over Ukraine.
That's what Putin is counting on.
However, there might be a NATO country that decides to act
I'm pretty sure there are NATO countries that feel threatened by Russia, and may have to act before it's too late. Waiting for the actual war to come to them is not a good strategy. What they see in Ukraine is definitely a threat to ALL of Europe.

The vast majority of FReepers whom you consider to be “Russian cheer leaders” are rooting for America. We believe in AMERICA FIRST.
The vast majority of FReepers don't comment on the Russian invasion of Ukraine. And, I've never accused anyone of being "Russian' cheer=leaders. The cheer-leaders don't may not be Russian, but, they do cheer when Russia has any kind of success in Ukraine. Understand the difference?
This has been explained to you countless times by countless FReepers, but you choose to ignore us because we challenge your views.
YOu can't explain away what is very obvious, and the hope for Russia to succeed in Ukraine, is basically the same as cheer-leading for the opposition. You make have issues with Zelensky and other corrupt leaders in Ukraine, but, Russia is a much bigger danger to the U.S. and Europe.
Just because we don’t bow down to your perv god, Zelensky, you call us names and insult us.
Anyone who attempts to argue using insults, doesn't have the facts on their side, so, resorting to insults is their only way to try to shut-down the opposition views.
Show me one post, just ONE, in which a pro-America FReeper cheered when a school or hospital was blown up.
It's already happened that, Russia has attacked residential building and schools and hospitals and other essential infrastructure that Ukrainians need. And Russia continues logging missiles and other infrastructure and no doubt, many of those land on structures containing innocent people. Any time anyone views that as punishment against Zelensky or at the Ukraine leadership, they're urging Putin to continue his relentless attacks. Zelenesky is NOT being punished. The people of Ukraine are being punished, and that's who I stand up for.
I view the sick and twisted as those that continue to wish Putin success against the innocent people of Ukraine. Putin is the Hitler of today, and wishing he success is just as twisted as wishing Hamaa and Hitler success.
Two more Tu-95s have launched missiles over the Caspian and are expected to enter Ukrainian airspace in the next 30 minutes.
People expressed joy at that headline. Tell me if that's not cheer-leading.

Russia is loaded with natural resources. EU has no oil or gas.
What good is natural resources if they're not put to good use?
And, how is it that many EU countries are richer than Russia? Must be some magic trick in their economies.
BTW, Russia a basket-case, economically, and their natural resources are not helping. Also, natural resources do not make a country rich automatically. People can be the most important 'natural resource' in any country. People is what makes the difference. Don't hold back the people, and you just might have a lot of wealth creation in your country.
