One might expect any of these war threats to materialize sometime after the election, when the government will be in disarray regardless who wins, and no one will be in charge. Biden will be the lamest of lame ducks in history, Harris if she wins will be clueless, with a host of rats fighting over the spoils instead of settling in to govern; Trump if he wins, will be beset by a storm of domestic sabotage and lawfare harassment not to mention obstructionism by the outgoing Bidenites, such as W faced after he won— transition team locked out for six weeks, intel briefings withheld, denied even office space to put the new admin in place. 9/11 followed a scant 8 months later.
