As a boss, I don’t expect every worker to agree with me. But I don’t want them running out to the press trying to shaft me, either. Anytime they decide they don’t like what I’m doing, they’re very welcome to come discuss it with me. I might even reward them for their thoughts. But if they’re still unhappy they’re free people. They may leave, okay ✅ just don’t backstab me in the way out.
