The elimination of the Chevron Doctrine means administrative agencies "rules", "decrees", "orders" or other such nonsense do not carry the weight of LAW and are therefore, unenforceable.
Unless Congress authorizes this via LAW and a pResident signs it, "administrative amnesty" is MEANINGLESS.
Arrest. Deport. Done.
