"Keeping Families Together," ... will make an estimated 500,000 noncitizen spouses and another 50,000 noncitizen stepchildren of U.S. citizens eligible for parole....

Noncitizen stepchildren of U.S. citizens must have been under the age of 21 since last June... even the criminal history portion of the policy has a caveat....

Do they take dna samples while they are waving them in? No? So their free lawyers will tell the court that they don't have proof, but you have to take their word for it. How does the court know that the person standing in the court is the same one who entered the US and was given papers with a certain date?
