I keep digital copies of everything I’ve have in my possession for the last 20+ years. I keep them off my computer, off the network, NEVER ON THE CLOUD, and on external HDs in faraday bags. People think I’m crazy but when something from years back is needed I know right where to find out. I do the same thing with my emails.
