Gaza could be like Singapore or Monaco if they would have focused on Arab tourism, banking, tech, and education. Instead they spend every last dollar on tunnels and rockets.
No bomb shelters for civilians. Forbade them from fleeing south at the start of hostilities, even put up road blocks and fired on their own people. Then doubtless blamed the casualties on the IDF, which broke up their road block.
They want civilians killed. It’s strategy, not tragedy to them.
