I would have gone the other direction, the orange jumpsuit would have solidified the black and mojado peel-aways, knowing it would have lasted only an hour or two until SCOTUS could issue the writ of habeus corpus.

But it's obvious that Judge Schnorrer's boss (yes, he has not just one) and the NYAG have been contacted by the SS and told they cannot protect President Trump in Rikers, and that SCOTUS is going to let him out on an emergency order anyway. He'll never serve a day. Period. End of story.

The question is, who did Roberts call to initiate this delay at Alito's demand? If someone were will to reveal those comms, Roberts is out.

You all don't get it.

Butler PA changed everything.

"You saw Butler. You witnessed the failures at Butler. A lone wolf who was allowed to move freely on the grounds for over 2 hours nearly changed the narrative of American history.

We at the SS are telling you -- Judge Schnorrer and DA Boogums -- in the most absolute terms that you can understand: The Federal Government lacks the manpower to protect a former President anywhere within the New York Correctional system. We have determined threats exist both within the DOCCS correctional officer cadre, and the prison population.

We have met with every stakeholder for months before and after Butler, and have come to a final conclusion: President Trump is never going to serve a single day in the New York penal colony. This decision is final, there is no appeal."
