The Supreme Court of Arizona has allowed voter information packets to use the language “unborn human person” in describing abortion, overturning the Superior Court’s July ruling.
Associated Press reported that the ruling was made on Aug. 14. It concerned a voter information pamphlet describing Arizona’s abortion measure on the ballot for the November election, which would allow abortion until 24 weeks, and later if a “health professional” deemed it necessary for a woman’s “physical or mental health,” as CatholicVote previously reported.
On July 26, the Superior Court ruled in favor of Arizona for Abortion Access’s lawsuit against the Republican lawmakers who wrote the pamphlet. The abortion advocates argued that the term “unborn human person” was “politically charged,” but the Republican legislators’ attorney pointed out that Arizona’s current abortion laws use the term “unborn human person.”
Arizona’s Secretary of State office has stated that the ballot itself will not use the term “unborn human person,” AP reported.
Yes so if you vote for this you are voting to kill someone who is an "unborn human person". I hope you sleep well after voting for that...NOT!

Hunter’s mom is dead, did Joe inherit the right to abort him? Can Michelle abort Malia or Sasha? Can Hillary abort Chelsey? Can Pelosi abort her J6 documentary maker daughter? Loads of lefty woman proudly proclaim they firmly believe in NO limits on abortion!
