Donald Trump’s campaign is expanding its ranks as he seeks to regain his footing in the presidential campaign, bringing on a handful of top allies — including former Trump 2016 campaign manager Corey Lewandowski.
Lewandowski, who has remained an informal Trump adviser since his first campaign, is being brought on to advise the campaign’s senior leadership team, according to a person familiar with the move and granted anonymity to speak freely. He joins several other former Trump aides who will play similar roles.
Tim Murtaugh, who was the communications director on Trump’s 2020 campaign, will also be joining. So, too, will be Alex Pfeiffer and Alex Bruesewitz, who were top officials on the Trump-aligned MAGA Inc. super PAC. Bruesewitz is known for having a wide following on social media. POLITICO reported early this week that Taylor Budowich, who had been leading MAGA Inc., had left the super PAC to join the Trump campaign in a senior capacity.

No one can accuse Lewandowski of not being loyal to Trump.
Trump has never lost his footing. It is quite normal to change out some old horses or bring in some new ones in the long trail of a campaign.
Didn't he try to worm Kristi Noem in as Vice President while he was banging her?
Trump’s loyalty ends up picking the wrong people sometimes. Corey Lewandowski does not have a clean history and I predict his behavior will again embarrass Trump.
Noem was just the tip of the iceberg for Lewandowski IIRC and I’m sure the media will bring others out if he starts getting a visible role.

We don’t want just yes men type loyalty either.. loyalty also comes when you can tell the boss he needs to go in a different direction. But privately, not as leaks to the media.
If the rumors about Lewandowski’s infidelities disqualify him from service then I suppose Trump’s actual infidelities should disqualify him as well.
Sure, the man who got Trump elected in the first place is no good. If only Trump had Zelensky the Great to advise him, right Reno?
