Re: drought risk

Israel has forged ahead with desalination of ocean water. They produce so much clean water, they sell it to whoever will purchase it.

A LARGE percentage of the Earth’s surface is covered by water. Off the 800 mile coast of Kalifornia is a LARGE body of water, also known as the Pacific Ocean. During a so-called 1970s drought, Santa Barbara built a desalination plant. Later, the democRATS just let the plant rust. Kalifornia is destroying every dam it can. Not only are dams great for water collection, they create electricity. More inexpensive, abundant energy and water, are anathema to the democRATS. The San Joaquin Valley has been called the breadbasket of the world. The democRATS have starved many farms of water, so much so that if you drive down Hwy 5, there are signs that read Drought Courtesy of Nancy Pelousy.
